From the Archives: Two Films Offer Hope for a Divided Country

Today, 55 percent of Americans feel angry.

It's understandable given the deplorable state of politicians and the "useful idiot" protestors, but maybe it helps to stop and take a look at people who are doing both little and big things to make our lives better. People like the Catholic Nun in the movie Cabrini who opened children’s shelters with practically everyone opposed to her. There are most likely many people like her that are trying to do helpful things that don’t make the news because the news is mostly negative—like those in the organization Stand Together which helps broken communities and provides bottom up solutions.
